A catalog (softcover book) with photographic works that were censored on social media. Sometimes destroyed, such as in an erotic museum in Moscow and – you would hardly believe it: publicly burned in Gelderland by a pastor who wanted to cleanse the world of godless images. In any case, there were clearly people who took offense to these images, while there is actually nothing ‘wrong’ with them other than the fact that they are portraits in which the sexual orientation/identity of the portrayed is central.
All works once hung in neat galleries, but over the years the aversion to these works has grown.
